Postoperative Recovery Process Of Hair Transplantation

Fut and fue are the two most mature "hair transplants" today, and are the preferred method for many hair transplant organizations. Because of the different methods of the two methods, the feeling of the postoperative donor area and the healing speed of the wound will be different. Differently, fue has no scalp, no knife edge, and the postoperative reaction is light and recovery is fast. The receiving area has the same recovery process.

After Hair Transplantation, The Newly Implanted Hair Follicle Growth Recovery Process:
After the hair transplant surgery, the final surgical effect is not immediately seen. The recovery of the wound and the process of hair growth take a while, especially the growth of hair, which needs to undergo a process of survival-growth-shedding-regeneration. The process takes about 4-6 months, and some people even need 9 months in Best Hair Transplant Surgeon In Pakistan

This recovery process is very difficult. From the following figure, we can understand the recovery process of hair transplant surgery. We hope that patients with hair loss have psychological preparation before hair transplantation and calmly face the recovery process of hair transplant surgery.

Recovery Process Of Donor And Recipient Scalp After Fue/Fut Hair Transplantation:
1. Three hours after the first day after surgery, the wound in the planting area will form many small blood stasis; please don't worry that this is the wound is recovering. After fue, there is almost no pain and discomfort in the occiput, but after fut there will be obvious pain and tightness in the back pillow.

2. On the second day after fue, the post-occipital wound discomfort gradually disappeared, and the fut still had mild pain, tightness and swelling. The front transplant area is basically restored to the original scalp color.

3. On the third day after surgery, slight edema will occur around the forehead and around the bridge of the nose. Generally, the swelling will return to normal on the fourth to fifth days. On the tenth day, the suede will begin to fall off and everything will return to normal.

4. In the second week after the operation, the newly transplanted hair began to enter the renewal period, and a small part of the hair began to fall off gradually. In the sixth week, part of the hair follicles enter the growth state and are ready for growth. At this time, the root hair can be used at the same time to make the newborn hair more healthy and strong.

5. The newly transplanted hair follicles begin to grow gradually after 7 weeks. You can see healthy black hair on the scalp and grow out of the scalp. The new hair enters normal growth state, and the hair grows 30-40% after 15 weeks. ( scarred skin may grow later, usually only after about ten weeks).

6. After half a year, the new hair grows 60--70%. By the eighth month, the new hair has basically grown completely. Due to individual differences, some people may have to grow up in ten months.

7. The new hair grown in the transplanted area is as thick as the original hair, black and healthy, and the directionality is exactly the same as the original hair.
