Fue Hair Transplantation, Patient Preoperative Preparation:

One month prior to surgery (at least 10 days) patients should discontinue the hair tonic and solution; the last week of surgery, stop using vitamin e and aspirin. 

2. It is not advisable to take alcoholic beverages two days before surgery. 

3. Wash your hair with shampoo before going to the hospital one night before the surgery or the morning of the day. 

4. A small amount of food can be eaten on the day of surgery. 

5. On the day of surgery and within one week after surgery, the patient wears a cardigan inside and outside to facilitate the home to undress after surgery without affecting the local wound. 

6. Drink less water 1 hour before surgery to relieve urination. Avoid the inconvenience caused by the operation of the stool due to the long operation time. 

7. Carefully read the precautions for hair transplant surgery in the hospital. 

8. If the pre-operative hair transplant has other medical history or is taking drugs, please inform the doctor in detail. 

9. During the operation, the doctor will shave the head for the patient. The hair on the pillow must be shaved. Only 1 mm of hair is left. If it is necessary to keep the hair, please inform the doctor in advance. 

Fue Home Care After Hair Transplant?

District Care:
after the operation, the occipital part is wrapped with gauze. The exposed area can be exposed and kept dry and clean. The blue sterile cap provided by the hospital is worn to avoid the collision of the area. After 3 days, the gauze can be unwound and the sterilizing can be removed. Cap, on the 6th day after surgery, the head can be showered with warm water, and the blood around the transplanted area is soaked to let it fall off naturally. It is strictly forbidden to rub the blood and rub the hand to avoid scratching the transplanted hair that has not yet been fixed. 

2. District Care:
after 3 days in the donor area, it can be cleaned with 0.1% or soaked in hydrogen peroxide to wash away bloody sputum, but it does not need to be bandaged. Due to the small number of small wounds in the donor area, avoiding excessive bowing is conducive to the healing of small wounds. 

3. Whole Body Care:
postoperative home can take high and semi-recumbent position to relieve forehead edema, oral or antibiotics for 3 to 5 days. Avoid strenuous exercise, reduce sweating, avoid eating irritating food, reduce itching of the head, which is beneficial to the recovery and hair growth of the donor and recipient areas, and increase the survival rate of hair transplantation.
